防止調(diào)節(jié)閥閃蒸的方式

調(diào)節(jié)閥中的閃蒸是不可預防的。我們能做的就是防止閃蒸的損壞。滬工閥門結(jié)構(gòu)、材料性能和系統(tǒng)設計是影響調(diào)節(jié)閥設計中閃蒸損壞的主要因素。對于空化損壞,可以采用曲折路徑、多級減壓、多孔節(jié)流的閥門結(jié)構(gòu)形式進行防止。雖然閥門結(jié)構(gòu)與閃蒸無關(guān),但可以抑制閃蒸的破壞。與球形閥體相比,使用介質(zhì)從上到下流動的角形閥體結(jié)構(gòu)可以防止閃蒸損壞。閃蒸損壞是由高速飽和氣泡沖擊閥體表面并腐蝕閥體表面引起的。由于角形閥中的介質(zhì)直接流向閥體內(nèi)下游管道的,而不是像球形閥那樣直接沖擊體壁,閃蒸的破壞力大大降低。
